Celebrating Diwali and Navratri

Tuesday’s assembly was hosted by the South Asian Student Alliance (SASA) to celebrate Diwali and Navratri. During the assembly, students presented the holidays’ origins and performed traditional dances. Students and faculty also shared personal reflections on the significance of these festivals, emphasizing the importance of unity and culture. The assembly reminded us of the strength of embracing and understanding the diverse traditions that bring our community together. Following the assembly, SASA hosted a lunchtime conversation.
