Parking

In consideration of our neighbors, all alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, and guests of The Potomac School are requested not to park on surrounding residential streets. Ample parking is available on school grounds.

Friday, October 21

Time	Description
Starting at 9:00 am	Registration, Check-In, & Alumni Lounge *Flag Circle Building* Reunite with your classmates while looking through yearbooks and photos in the Alumni Lounge. Continental Breakfast and snacks will be available throughout the day. Registration will move to The Spangler Center for Athletics and Community at 5:30 pm.
9:30 - 11:30 am	Back to Class *Flag Circle Building* Come to the Flag Circle Building so we can "line up" and walk to Upper School to join one of our most popular classes. 8:15 - 9:35 am Entrepreneurship & Innovation class with Harry Strong. This class leads students through the generation of an idea, working with materials, developing a marketing plan, and enough accounting financial work to create a business plan for an investor. 9:40 - 10:55 am Global Perspectives and Citizenship (GPAC) with Bridget Gagne and Nick MacDonald. This program is designed to engage interested students in work on the problems facing our increasingly interconnected world. 9:40 - 10:55 am Economics, Business & Finance with Giorgio Secondi. This class focuses on how excise taxes, or taxes on specific goods such as gasoline, affect markets, and discusses the effects of subsidies.
10:30 - 11:45 am	Walk the Trails Flag Circle Building The forests, streams, ponds, and fields of our 90 acre campus have been part of the Potomac tradition since Dur Morton established them in the 1950s. Come enjoy the trails with Environmental Sustainability Coordinators Albert Pingree ’00 and Sean Conroy.
12:15 - 1:30 pm	Alumni Reunion Lunch The Spangler Center for Athletics & Community Enjoy lunch with classmates and friends. Head of School John Kowalik will welcome our Reunion attendees.
2:15 - 3:00 pm	Homecoming Pep Rally The Spangler Center for Athletics & Community Join our students and cheer for our Panther athletes, enjoy skits, and clap along to the rousing music provided by Potomac’s pep band. Reserved seating for alumni!
4:00 pm	Homecoming Games! Soccer and field hockey and tennis, oh my! After the Pep Rally, stay and watch the games. Click here to see the schedule.
6:00 - 8:00 pm	All Alumni Cocktail Reception The Spangler Center for Athletics & Community Join your classmates, friends, and faculty under the twinkling lights on our beautiful patio overlooking the ponds and trails. Food and drink will be plentiful. This party will celebrate all of our Reunion classes. We will also honor and toast our special Golden Alumni Class of 1972 and Silver Alumni Class of 1997, and every class that has surpassed the 50-year reunion milestone. Class pictures will begin at 7:00 pm. This event will be held outdoors if conditions permit.

Saturday, October 22

Time	Description
9:00 - 11:00 am	Come Play in The Spangler Center! The Spangler Center for Athletics & Community Walk the indoor track, play squash, or shoot some hoops. Alumni are also welcome to workout in the O'Brien Strength and Conditioning Room. Coffee and breakfast treats will be available. Registration will be in The Spangler Center
9:30 - 10:30 am	Yoga & Mindful Meditation Class with Anne Krohn '98 The Fleming Multipurpose Studio, The Spangler Center Join a yoga and mindful meditation class. Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience level. (For ages 12 and up.) Coffee and breakfast treats will be available. Registration will be in The Spangler Center
10:00 - 11:00 am	It's Recess Lower School Playground The Lower School playground is open. Bring your family and enjoy time playing on the equipment, bouncing balls, playing hide-n-seek, and more. Juice boxes and snacks for everyone!
10:00 - 11:00 am	Explore Potomac in Action - Campus Tour *The Spangler Center* Join the Admission team for a lively tour showcasing our exciting academic programs and extracurricular activities.
11:00 am - 2:00 pm	Rally with your Classmates! Fall Frolics & Alumni Lounge, Intermediate School Commons Bring your family to one of Potomac's most beloved traditions, Fall Frolics! Join your classmates, friends, past parents, and faculty at the Alumni Panther hospitality table located outside the Intermediate School. Reunioning Alumni: We'll have a special Alumni Lounge open in the Intermediate School Commons just for you! This area is your classes' rallying spot to hang out with your friends and look through yearbooks, recount wonderful memories, and make new ones. We will have drinks, food, and snacks available.
12:00 pm	Homecoming Game Turf Field Join us in forming Potomac's Panther Tunnel on the turf and cheer on the players as they take the field against the Saint James Saints. It's going to be a great game; bring your friends and show your Panther spirit! If you still have your vintage athletic jersey or Homecoming t-shirt, rock it and show your Potomac pride!
